Replacement CPC Certificates
If you took your Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (Passenger or Haulage) prior to December 2021, OCR may hold your result.
You can apply online for replacement certificates.
What do I need to do?
- Apply online
- Provide ID showing your current name and date of birth. If your name has changed since you sat your exam, you must also provide a copy of your marriage certificate or deed poll.
- Provide details of when and where you sat your exam. Without this information we cannot conduct a search of our records.
- Provide us with which version of the CPC you require:
- National Passenger CPC
- National Haulage CPC
- International Passenger
- International Haulage
- EC CPC (Brown certificate) - results from 2012 onwards only
- If requesting an EC CPC certificate, you must provide your place of birth on your application, as this is printed on the certificate. You can add this in the ‘Notes’ box on page 4 of the application.
Make sure all ID is scanned in an image format (jpg, png or gif) so that they can be uploaded to the application form. PDFs will not be accepted.
Fees and Payment
Payment for this service must be made by credit or debit card only.
The fee for the service is £60.00 per replacement certificate. If you require more than one CPC type to be replaced, each certificate will require a separate fee. You can apply for more than one type of CPC on a single application.
