Results information 2023 - what's available and when?
27 July 2023
With results days just a few weeks away, here’s a reminder of key information and support for students and teachers.
When is results day?
Thursday 17 August: Students will receive AS and A Level, Cambridge Technical and all Level 3 results. We release them to schools, colleges and other centres the day before – on 16 August.
Please note our Level 3 and Level 2 Cambridge Technicals will be released to schools and colleges a little earlier – on Monday 14 August – and may be given out to students from this date.
Thursday 24 August: Students will receive GCSE, Cambridge National and all Level 2 results. We release them to schools, colleges and other centres on 23 August.
What time can students receive results?
Schools and colleges can share results with students from 8.00am in the morning on 17 and 24 August.
Where can I find the information I need about results?
If you’re a student or a parent, take a look at our dedicated support page. We’ll be publishing information such as timelines and blogs about results. We’ve also got handy guides to your results statements. There's also information on what to do if you’re concerned about a result. As ever, we encourage you to talk to your teachers first if you think there’s anything wrong with your results. We’ll also publish grade boundaries on our website at 8.00am on results days.
If you're a teacher, you'll find results statistics on our website. Remember to take advantage of our free Active Results service and our examiners' reports, past papers and mark schemes, available from Teach Cambridge, to help interpret your students' results.
Where can I get help?
You can contact our Customer Support Centre on 01223 553998 or via support@ocr.org.uk. We'll be open to support you from 7.00am to 5.00pm on 16/17 and 23/24 August. You can also find us on social media, so do follow us on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram, if you don't already.
Wishing you all the best for the results days ahead.
