A formal complaint can be raised if:
- You believe Cambridge University Press & Assessment or OCR is not complying with their publication schemes under the Freedom of Information Act or
- You are unhappy with the way that an access request has been handled or the outcome of the consideration of the request and the issue cannot be resolved informally with the member of staff dealing with the original request.

We will respond to complaints within 20 working days.
Complainants have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner if they are dissatisfied with the outcome of the procedure.
