Once you have selected your candidates you can load files using one of the methods detailed below.

To load files for multiple candidates:

1. Ensure all of your files are saved as described at the top of this page.
   
2. Click the ‘Upload candidate files’ button in the ‘Candidates’ tab of the ‘Candidate Overview’ screen.
3. Click ‘Choose File’ and locate the first file you wish to load.
4. Once selected, click ‘Open’.
5. Click ‘Add’ to add the next file in the same way, and repeat until you have selected all the files you wish to upload.
6. Click ‘Upload’. When the upload is complete, the table will show you if the files have loaded successfully. If the file/s did not load, an error message will explain why.
7. To go back to your list of candidates, simply click ‘Candidate Overview’ at the top left of the page, or click on the Cambridge OCR logo.

2. Select a candidate name or number from the ‘Candidate Overview’ screen. This will allow you to view their ‘Candidate Details’.

8. To go back to your list of candidates, simply click ‘Candidate Overview’ at the top left of the page, or click on the Cambridge OCR logo.

1. Select the ‘Administration’ tab of the ‘Candidate Overview’ screen.
   
2. Click on ‘Upload admin files’ to load admin files which are not candidate specific.
3. Click ‘Choose File’ and locate the first file you wish to load. Once selected, click ‘Open’.
4. Click ‘Add’ to add the next file in the same way, and repeat until you have selected all the files you wish to upload.
5. Click ‘Upload’. Your selected files will show in the blue box on the ‘Upload admin files’ page.
6. When the upload is complete, the table will show you if the files have loaded successfully. If the file/s did not load, an error message will explain why.
7. To go back to your list of candidates, simply click ‘Candidate Overview’ at the top left of the page, or click on the Cambridge OCR logo.
