OCR Digital file despatch (DFD) is our secure file-sharing system on which we share non-interactive PDF question papers and digital audio files. This service is available via our single sign-on service, My Cambridge and it’s used to provide assessment materials for:
Log into DFD – You can either do this by logging into My Cambridge at sso.cambridge.org and clicking on the ‘OCR Digital File Despatch (DFD)’ tile or by going directly to DFD at https://digitalfiledespatch.ocr.org.uk. If you are an exams officer and have not set up your My Cambridge account, please go to the My Cambridge web page for more details. Once you have set up your My Cambridge account, if one of the links above doesn't work, please contact us.
Enter your 2FA passcode – Users are asked to set up 2FA using an authenticator app – see our step-by-step instructions. Then, each time you log in, you’ll need to enter the passcode from your authenticator app.
Once the materials have been prepared, you'll receive an automatically generated email letting you know the scheduled times for downloading your files are set and you can view them on the DFD home page. Check the list of the materials we have scheduled and make a note of the dates and times they will be available.
If any of your requested materials are missing or you have any queries, please contact us at ocr.digitalfiledespatch@ocr.org.uk.
As soon as the materials are available to download, for each exam session, you'll receive an automatically generated email letting you know they are live.
