Updating our privacy policies 24 May 2018

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018. This replaces the Data Protection Act for all organisations who are collecting and processing the personal data of individuals located in the European Union. 

We have updated our privacy policies to comply with GDPR. We recommend schools and colleges that are registered with us share the candidate privacy policy with students to help them better understand how we use their personal data.
