Seasonal tweets and looking ahead to 2016
21 December 2015
As we near the end of 2015, we’ve been celebrating the past year and looking forward to 2016 with our #OCRcountingdown campaign on @ocrexams.
Some of our English team have been getting into the seasonal spirit on @ocr_english with grammar gags like “What is Santa's little helper called? Subordinate clause”. The team have also picked their Christmas reading wish lists (not restricted to set texts!) in the latest edition of newsletter The Word. Meanwhile, our maths team are posting festive puzzles over at @ocr_maths, and you can also catch the December edition of their podcast.
As we move closer to 2016, we are looking forward to the Association for Science Education (ASE) annual conference, which runs from 7- 9 January. Join us on stand A18 and find out about our science qualifications and practical endorsement.
OCR will also be at BETT (20-23 January) in the Secondary and Hands-on Learn Live Theatres. Join us to hear about developments in OCR's Computer Science qualifications, explore our specifications and teaching resources, and try coding exercises.
We look forward to meeting many of you at these events next year. On behalf of everyone at OCR, we wish you a merry and peaceful festive break. See you in 2016!
