Updated qualification documents for ITQ Levels 1–3 in IT User Skills

Following the withdrawal of our ITQ Levels 1–3 in IT User Skills qualifications in August 2022, we have updated the following documents:
Centre handbook
The centre handbook has been refreshed and details on what has changed can be found in the key updates section at the end of the handbook. You can view the centre handbook on the Key documents section of the ITQ Levels 1–3 in IT User Skills qualification page.
CLAiT assignments
If you use the CLAiT assignments to produce evidence for ITQ Levels 1–3 in IT User skills, please note the website identified in the CLAiT assignments for Level 1 Units 7 and 8, and Level 2 Unit 7, is no longer available.
We've made no changes to the assignments. However, if you continue to use these CLAiT assignments please make sure:
- learners use the following website www.progress-mirror1.co.uk.
- learners should replace www.progress-media.co.uk with www.progress-mirror1.co.uk/ wherever it appears in the assignment.
These assignments can only be used as evidence to achieve units in ITQ:

The ITQ assessment marking handbook for Level 1 - CLAiT and Level 2 - CLAiT Plus has also been updated to state the 2005-2006 Set A and B CLAiT assignments are withdrawn and must not be used as live assessments for ITQ.
