We issue the following hard copy reports. This is another chance to check candidates’ personal details – do not wait until certificates are issued as charges are made for replacement certificates.

| Centre statement of entry by candidate |
A summary of all entries made for your centre, listing candidate details and the units, options or certifications for which they have been entered.

The total number of entries made for each unit/component, option and certification. |
| Certification warning report |
For A Level History and Further Maths only. Warnings for any candidates entered for certification who have an error with their entry, e.g. the wrong certification entry, an invalid combination of units or not satisfying the terminal rule. You must resolve any problems so candidates will receive the correct certification grade. |
| Deleted entry report |
This report lists candidates who have had entries deleted and shows the current entry. |
| Timetable clash report |
Details of timetable clashes between our exams. |
Individual candidate statements of entry which provide details of candidates’ entries and the associated timetable details by candidate can also be printed from Interchange – these are no longer sent via hard copy.
