For Cambridge Technicals (2016 suite) you need to make examined unit entries for timetabled exams (including computer-based testing).
Make sure you make test entries by the relevant test entry deadline for the series to enable your candidates to sit their exams. You must wait at least 48 hours after making full qualification entries before you can make examined unit entries.
You can make examined unit entries via Interchange, using either a web-based form or a spreadsheet, or via A2C.
To make examined unit entries via Interchange, follow the instructions below.
As part of our work to increase our security arrangements, we’ve added two-factor authentication (2FA) to our secure website, Interchange. This means we’ve changed the way you log into Interchange. For more information, see our Interchange page.
If you choose to make examined unit entries using a spreadsheet, make sure you choose the Cambridge Technicals 2016 suite template.
You must select existing candidates rather than creating new ones:
If you submitted your full qualification entries using a 2016 suite spreadsheet and you still have a copy of your completed spreadsheet saved, you just need to complete the ‘Session’, ‘Session year’ and ‘Unit’ columns and then re-upload it using the instructions below.
Details of all our Cambridge Technicals (2016) fees can be found on the fees page. The qualification entry fee includes the examined unit entry fee for the first attempt of any examined units. An examined unit resit entry fee will apply for any resit entries.
Late entry fees will apply to examined unit entries made after the deadline whether this is a first attempt or a resit entry.
Late entries will not be accepted after the late entry deadline.
